Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, it has to be in the box.

Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with clear signs of wear
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment automatically within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sold out items cannot be refunded.

swap meets

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item, please email us at {email address} and ship the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item has been received.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when you bought it, or the giver sent the order to themselves to give it to you later, we'll send a refund to the giver and he'll find out about your return.

Returns & Refunds

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
